Aria Pro II AS-40 Acoustic
I have recently acquired a Aria pro II "lawsuit"/"post lawsuit" Aria Pro II Dreadnought acoustic guitar. the guitar has rosewood back and sides, an ebony fretboard & bridge, spruce top, and mahogany neck. it is very much a "Martin style" guitar. some cool features of the guitar are Birdseye maple multi ply binding and the neck, body, & headstock. also the pick guard is rosewood and inlayed into the spruce top of the instrument. when looking through the O-hole one can see stamped into the wood AS-40, made in Japan. Upon brief research I failed to find anything regarding AS-40 model Aria guitars. I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about these guitars? Im really into lawsuit & post lawsuit Japanese guitars, (I have owned quite a few Grecos & Burnys), but this is my first Japanese acoustic and my first Aria/ Aria Pro II. Im really excited about the guitar, it sounds great & looks beautiful!!!! I will include some crapy photos from my phone. Please do let me know if anyone on this forum knows about the ARIA PRO II AS-40.
