I can tell you it is no girly-man's guitar.

Mine is 10lbs, 3oz. It plays like a PE. I was playing it today with my new Quad Cortex.

Yup, and the post spacing is non-standard (not 81.5 - 82mm). I just can't see plunking down almost $500 for it in only fair condition when I got this for $442.85 all totaled new. I've been watching this on Reverb and the seller sent me an offer of $399 + $75 shipping. Not sure if it is worth it. Thoughts?

I'm sure that's an adventure with them skewed like that. I've replaced them with Strat Plus saddles and longer height screws and that worked like a charm.

I'm guessing the fingerboard has shrunk over time. One of the things my customers with vintage guitars complained about was fret sprout when in fact the fingerboard had not been treated properly in years. I can't tell for sure but it looks like the nut has slipped toward the treble side of the ...

What annoys me is they are pricing these guitars as if they were all original.

I'd love to have a trans blue as well. Just not at those prices. I currently have 3 CS-350s and a CS-250.

And they used all three hype words. Matsumoku, Vintage and Rare.
